About us
Hey there! We are sisters, Leah and Lori! Most days you can find us in our commercial kitchen on Elizabeth Street, Okotoks, dreaming up new recipes for freezer meals. We love being able to serve people who need to simplify meals during the craziest time of the day. Life is so jam packed and we all need healthy meals made with whole ingredients on the table FAST. We are so happy to help feed your families and essentially give the gift of time!

When I’m not busy working, you can find me doing something outside with my family. I love dirt biking, mountain biking, camping, and exploring new places. My husband, James, and I have 3 kids, Finn, Ryder, & Aislynn, and we live on an acreage east of Calgary, AB. I have loved being in the kitchen my entire adult life - I watched my mom love cooking, being in the kitchen, and hosting company all the time and I suppose it was genetic!

Outside of Supper Studio, you can catch me in my own kitchen - experimenting and making food for my family. It never gets old! I love trying new flavors and ingredients so my pantry is stocked with all kinds of interesting things! I have been married for 20 years to Edward, and we have 3 kids, Ariana, Cailyn, & Graysen. When I have time, reading is my activity of choice, and this would happen preferably on a beach. By myself. (Probably with a beer)
