This Fill Your Freezer Session includes the grocery list, recipe cards, step by step guide, tips, tricks and substitutions for two of our most popular chicken meals cooked in the slowcooker.

For five years, the two of us (Lori and Leah) have made fully-prepped, freezer-friendly meal kits designed to feed your family quickly. Owning a local business in Southern Alberta has been amazing, but we feel like we really want to offer what we've got to EVERYBODY!

How are we different?

• Our meal kits are more than just a bag of marinated meat - they are separate COMPONENTS put together to make a complete meal.

• Everything is FULLY-PREPPED. No chopping board or knife required on the day of cooking.

• Our meal kits are FREEZER-FRIENDLY. The idea is to fill your freezer for when you really need them.

• Our meals have been designed to feed a family of 4-6. This is larger than the average meal kit from a big box company.

• We are a local company owned (and operated ) by two sisters trying to build a dream.
