Meal Plan Week Twelve
Hey Guys! We took a little break but we are BACK! Today we are flying the coop and headed to Mexico with our ENTIRE family. Don’t worry, we’ll post lots of pictures for you to enjoy! Here’s a week of suppers to use as your plan or as a little inspiration! Please let us know if you have any questions at all!
MONDAY - Chicken Quesadillas with Spicy Rice. You’re gonna bake/boil/instant pot all the chicken you buy here, shred it and use half for today.
TUESDAY - Chicken and Hummus Greek Wrap. Simple and delicious!
WEDNESDAY - Creamy Wild Rice Soup from Supper Studio. Come grab one from our freezer this week!
THURSDAY - Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers and Salad Kit. The recipe on this one call for provolone, but we are already buying mozza this week, so we’re using that!
FRIDAY - fridge. Fridge is leftovers. but fancier.
SATURDAY - Chicken Cordon Bleu Pasta from yours truly. We’ve got these in the freezer this week too!
SUNDAY - Breakfast for dinner! Fried eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, toast, yogurt, and sliced apples.

3 green peppers
2 red peppers
3 white onions
small container white mushrooms
small container cremini mushrooms
1 shallot (found by the onions)
cucumber
salad kit
small container or bag of spring mix
cheddar cheese
mozzarella cheese
small container feta
eggs
yogurt
hummus
1 can black beans
brown rice
quinoa penne noodles
3 cups tomato sauce
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1.5 lbs flank steak
1 lb ground beef
1 package bacon
2 bags mulitgrain tortillas
loaf of bread
frozen corn
frozen hashbrowns
