Meal Plan Week Fourteen
We got back from a week of overindulging in truly authentic Mexican food and I feel like I’m in withdrawal! Hockey season is coming to a close, we are one month closer to summer weather, and I am ready for it all! Here’s a week of inspiration for your suppers! Take what you like, leave what you don’t, and let us know if this is helpful for you! Enjoy your week! ~Leah and Lori
MONDAY - Carrot Soup. We’ve done this one before but it’s a staple! Also freezes really well! Buy fresh buns from a local bakery to go with this one!
TUESDAY - Dijon Crusted Salmon with Arugula Salad. This one is so light and fresh, you’ll want to hang on to this recipe. (Also - the recipe on this website is for one serving - my suggestion is to double the topping for the big piece of salmon you buy.
WEDNESDAY - Meatlovers Sloppy Joes from yours truly. (Click here to order off the Supper Studio website!)
THURSDAY - Stir Fry Teriyaki (I’m doing this one vegetarian this time, but add any meat if you so desire!)
FRIDAY - Fridge/leftovers/whatever your family calls it!
SATURDAY - Skillet Chicken Parmesan from Supper Studio. Order on the website or pop in to see what we’ve got in our fridge!
SUNDAY - Ground Beef Tacos - tortillas, ground beef, shredded cheese, tomatoes, avocado, lettuce, sour cream, salsa. Feel free to add other toppings; these are the ones I’ve added in the grocery list.
